***Remember Check in is 8:am-8:55am***

Levels
If this is your first OGC Camp:
To insure your girl is placed in the proper level group, please arrive between 8:am-8:55am
Girls will be separated by levels as they arrive on the first day. We will write on their hand the level they have competed and level they will be training.
Is my child in the proper group?
Please note that every group will be mixed levels combined but gymnasts will be training their own skills to their upcoming level they are planning on competing this season.
You may notice that certain levels are combined—for example, Xcel Silver with Level 3, Level 4 with Xcel Gold, or Level 6 with Xcel Platinum. Rest assured, each gymnast will still focus on their individual goals, as long as they communicate with the coach at each event.
It is up to the Gymnasts to communicate with coaches to work on their particular goals within their group.

*** DON'T GET TOWED***Important PARKING Announcement***
Gym is in a very active industrial area. Park in the wrong place and you may get towed. Please do not leave any valuables in the car!

Parent's Viewing Area:
Viewing area is very small and not designed for large amount of spectators. While you are welcome to stay and watch, please note that gymnasts can become distracted by their parents’ presence, which may lead to unnecessary chances of injury. Safety is of utmost importance at OGC Camp, and minimizing distractions is part of our commitment to keeping every child safe.
SNACKS/LUNCH
Please remember to bring a towel or picnic blanket so they can sit and eat while keeping the gym clean. They can roll up their towel/blanket and shake it when they get home.
Do not shake towel in the gym or viewing area.
Pizza Party and Ice cream will be on last day of camp but if your child has glutten or dairy allergy please pack her a lunch.

Water Bottles/Hydration
*** Water Bottles are not allowed inside the gym area***
Please bring a water bottle that can be closed, sealed or is spill proof. Water containers with straws (specifically Stanley Cups) tend to be tipped over because they are made for automobile cup holders. They are prone to make a huge mess in the gym and make the floor slippery which pose a serious slip risk and in carpeted areas it makes a mess.
We encourage gymnasts to stay well hydrated and they can get a water/restroom break at anytime they request one.

Remember Your Grips
A common item that is forgotten are grips (if your girls needs them). Also remember to bring hair ties or any other item they currently need.

Safety:
The safety of our campers is our top priority so if we feel that a gymnast is not ready or is beyond her level of readiness, we may move them to a different group.
We also discourage gymnasts to go to their regular workout as they will be extremely tired and it may pose a risk of injury.
Be prepared :
Campers will be tired and at times very sore after camp. It is absolutely normal. Make sure they stay hydrated during and after camp, swimming helps relax muscles or warm bath plus good night sleep.
Participation and Kindness:
At OGC we promote a safe space where girls support each other. Bullying among girls will not be tolerated and girl(s) will be dismissed with no refunds. We hope to instill kindness, empathy, and respect during camp.

Private Lessons Gym Fee:
Gym has a lesson gym fee because Lessons offered by coaches are not part of OGC. Coaches are independent contractors when not during camp hours. Please pay for privates directly to each coach.

Other Food allergies:
OGC provides non peanut snacks daily. If campers bring their own snacks please be considerate of campers with food allergies (especially peanuts). If gymnasts bring peanut snacks, please wash hands before and after to keep it off the equipment.
