Hello Parents,

It's the last day of camp, and we know you're excited about the End of Camp Show!

***Remember Show Starts at 3:00pm***
 

Due to limited space inside the gym and the bleachers being unavailable, the show will take place in waves based on your child's group. Please be sure your child tells you which group they are in so you know when to expect their performance.

Parents will wait in the lobby and be invited into a designated standing area during their group's showtime. You will enter the gym through the main doors, and once the performance ends, you will be guided out through the back exit and can return to the front to meet your child.

Cancellation Policy

The $99 registration fee is non-refundable for any reason.

You may cancel your reservation by logging into your account.

In the event that you cancel your reservation, refunds will be issued as outlined below:

  • 100% of tuition paid (excluding the $99 registration fee) will be refunded if cancellation is received more than 30 days prior to the session start date.

  • 50% of tuition paid (excluding the $99 registration fee) will be refunded if cancellation is received 15–30 days prior to the session start date.

  • No refunds whatsoever will be issued 14 days or less before the start of camp.

Cancellation requests due to illness or accident prior to the camp session start date must include written physician verification faxed directly from the doctor’s office or hospital.

Cancellations due to personal reasons will not be eligible for a refund.

We reserve the right to cancel any session if participation numbers are insufficient. In such cases, you may choose an alternative session date or request a full refund of tuition paid.

****No-shows with a pending balance will be assessed a one-day cancellation penalty.***
